Video Project Management
Video project management is essential yet complex work. At Quote Ltd., as a concept developer and screenwriter, I also managed video projects. This allowed me to gain comprehensive mastery over every stage of production, from planning to post-production. Within one year, I supervised the production of eight videos, solidifying my skills and expertise.
Efficient Pre-Production
The pre-production phase is crucial: it includes concept development, scriptwriting, team management, casting, as well as coordinating with vendors and signing contracts. Everything is put in place to ensure a smooth shoot, from location scouting and production meetings to full logistics management.
Post-Production Management
In post-production, the work involves overseeing communication between the director and the post-production team, organizing screening sessions, selecting voiceover talent, and finalizing the project with the client during approval meetings. My roles at companies like MakerPro and Kwit allowed me to optimize production workflows, ensuring final deliverables met client expectations.
Software Used
‘‘Bloody Tree,’ a short film lasting about five minutes, is the first movie I directed in France. During my summer stays in France, I took the initiative to capture the beauty of the Alsace landscape. As a third-year film student freshly inspired by a directing course, I wanted to create a fictional short with a lighthearted, humorous touch.
So, I asked my family and friends to help me out. Even though none of them had prior video experience, they were all incredibly motivated to support the project. Despite equipment limitations, we managed to shoot this short film in just two half-days. After all, it’s just for fun!
This film is much more personal since it wasn’t restricted by any academic or professional guidelines. I developed the script entirely on my own this time. Because there were no other trained crew members, I was in charge of the entire shoot.
Additionally, I handled the editing and post-production effects.

From Concept to Production
From the initial idea to the final script, I ensure every detail of your animation project is meticulously planned. I coordinate scriptwriting, character design, and storyboard creation to build a solid foundation before production begins. My role is to ensure seamless collaboration among animators, editors, and sound designers, quickly resolving challenges to deliver your project on time and within budget.
Flawless Results
Once production wraps, I personally oversee post-production, including color grading, sound design, and special effects. I work closely with you, the client, conducting regular reviews and approvals to ensure the final result perfectly matches your vision. My goal is to deliver a high-quality animated video that truly impresses your audience.
Software Used
Since Google Podcast announced its shutdown in 2024, many Taiwanese podcast channels have transitioned to YouTube Podcasts. What sets this platform apart is the video display option. As a result, lofi-style looping videos—ideal for playing in the background on a desktop—have become a major trend.
This project is inspired by content from the ‘Fromage & StinkyTofu’ podcast, combining Pixel Art style to create a 30-second looping animation.

Brand Project Management
Brand project management, from strategy to activation, requires rigor, consistency, and creativity. For my personal projects (including the FromagenStinkytofu podcast), I led the definition of the brand universe and its execution across relevant channels to establish a clear and memorable identity.

Building the brand platform: positioning, brand promise, personas, and creative territories.
Defining visual and verbal identity: logo/typography, color palette, tone of voice, and editorial line.
Formalizing brand guidelines and asset kits to ensure consistency.

Podcast conception and production: concept development, audio branding, scripts, recording, and distribution.
Digital content creation: visuals, animations, thumbnails, and social media formats (stories, reels, shorts).

Artistic Projects
Coordination & Communication
In artistic projects, I handle coordination among artists, technical crews, and partner organizations. I regularly organize meetings to ensure the project runs smoothly, oversee adherence to the production schedule, and centralize information to facilitate seamless communication. I also draft various presentation and communication materials tailored to different audiences, ensuring all stakeholders understand and stay engaged in the process.
Resource Management
I participated in fundraising efforts (such as grant applications), developed projected budgets, and tracked expenses throughout the project. Depending on the artistic constraints and project requirements, I agilely manage human and material resources, ensuring the feasibility of each stage.
Production & Logistics
On-site, I am responsible for coordinating rehearsals, set installations, and logistics on performance or shoot days. I plan technical aspects (transportation, load-in, strike), manage unexpected issues, and bridge the gap between artistic vision and practical execution. This experience enables me to deliver effective, tailored solutions to ensure the successful implementation of every creation.
Created as part of the Numic Master’s program, the Enquête de Sens project is an interactive investigation that uses augmented reality as its main tool.
Story Context
In a country where the leader holds absolute power and the people are deprived of their freedoms, government dissidents are the primary targets of the secret police. When a literature professor is found dead in his office, it is hard to believe the authorities’ conclusions. Stepping into the shoes of an investigator, you must operate in the utmost secrecy to find answers and lead an uprising.
Game Mechanics & Technology
In teams of up to three, players are immersed in the heart of the story within an installation representing the victim’s office. Using a system of clues hidden throughout the room, they have 24 minutes to collaborate, progress, and piece together the events leading to the tragedy.
Here, the truth is revealed through new technologies; players carry a tablet pre-installed with the dedicated game app.
The game unfolds within this app, where players can access clues. Through augmented reality, they discover two sides of the same reality.
Creative Intent
Navigating this tense, oppressive office space, players immerse themselves in the mystery; interacting with this strange world heightens the gripping experience. The set and soundscape push them to become active participants and shape the story through their own eyes. Everything is designed to transport them into an alternate world, with an installation that delivers a true cinematic experience through an innovative, multi-sensory setup.

Six artists from very diverse backgrounds (theater, film, dance, graphic design, costume design…) co-created an experimental theater piece. In a transformed dance studio, the audience is immersed in a cinematic, dreamlike world blending cinematic lighting, projections combining reality and virtual elements, symbolic sculptures, soundscapes, experimental performances, and dance. I dreamed of my awakening.
It is me, or at least, this reflection in the mirror shouldn’t be me. Magnified, distorted, rejected, despised…
And yet, it faithfully reflects who I am in my waking state. I must kill this “Not-Me”.
Not-Me: You are exactly like me.
Me: If I die, you are already dead. Death makes everything equal.
Not-Me: The memories are suffocating me. Let me return to my own body. I am so tired, so thirsty. I am not dead, I merely fell asleep. As if I had been hypnotized. Can you give me an antidote?
Me: I am not you. I cannot save you. Not-Me: You are me.
